Due to continued growth our client based in Sheffield city centre is recruiting for the newly created role of Finance Administrator. This is a part time role of 30 hours pw to support the finance team.

Main duties:

• Checking and uploading invoices on to sage

• Controlling petty cash

• Updating client records on sage

• Checking supplier statements

• First point of contact for clients

• Supporting the Management Accountant and Accounts Assistant with adhoc administration tasks

The ideal candidate:

• Finance Admin experience is desirable but not essential.

• Keen eye for detail.

• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Ability to prioritise and manage own workload

On offer is £18,000-£19,000 pro rota.
