We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and forward-thinking administrator ideally from a Higher Education / Education background for an Assessment Coordinator role based at our clients in Coventry. Working in close partnership with the Online Resources Manager and the Academic Programme teams you will responsible for the project co-ordination and timely delivery of online assessment briefs for both distance and blended learning courses, to the scheduled assessment periods for the academic year

For this Assessment Coordinator role you will need to be a skilled administrator with proven communication and inter-personal skills. You should be a team player who can work with others to achieve goals, but also able to work using your own initiative. You should have strong time management skills and be able to prioritise your workload according to set deadlines.

Assessment Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day communication and liaison with module leaders / PTLs to coordinate production of assessment brief documents
• Monitoring performance against assessment schedules, identifying and reporting any issues that require timely resolution
• Receiving deliverables from academic colleagues and ensuring they are processed through the appropriate internal / external moderation review & sign-off processes
• Undertaking quality checks of assessment brief content to organise correction to ensure accuracy prior to publication
• Help keep up to date progress documentation such as charts and schedules
• Undertaking a range of administrative task, including confirming fees, raising / managing purchase orders, etc.
• Other administration tasks to support the production of assessment briefs, as required by the Online Resource manager
• Provide regular written and verbal reports to the Online Resource Manager and other departments as required.
