Our client based in Bar Hill are seeking temporary support within their Customer Support team, the position will initially last until the end of March 2019 but could be extended. Our client offers onsite parking, great local facilities and a subsidised canteen. The position of Helpdesk Administrator / Customer Service specialist will attract an hourly rate of £12.00ph and is full time, part time applications are unable to be considered on this occasion.
Joining the Customer Service team, you will be tasked with ensuring queries are allocated to the right people in an efficient and timely manner, you may be dealing with customer queries and helping the wider team where needed.
This position has been created to help during an exceptionally busy period, so it is essential you have experience within a similar role. Previous experience with Salesforce is advantageous. You must have excellent organisational skills, enjoy working alongside others and have a customer centric approach.
