Sales and Marketing Assistant – Oxford area, Oxfordshire
£20000-£22000 + Benefits
£25 hours a week – flexible working hours offered
IT Solutions and Services Company are actively looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join an existing team and help look after a key set of clients as well as assisting in the smooth running of the office. Reporting to the Marketing and HR Manager you role as a Sales and Marketing Assistant will be varied and will include:-
* Assisting in order processing and helping to formulate pricing for customers alongside the sales and technical team.
* Liaising closely with clients over the phone, answering queries, logging technical issues and ensuring that messages and requests are past on to the correct person within the business.
* Assist in maintaining all data on the internal computer systems, writing reports for the mgnt team and assisting the HR Manager with admin issues ensuring they are dealt with in a timely fashion.
* Helping the Marketing Manager with internal and external news letters as well as material for the company website.
To apply the success Sales and Marketing Assistant will demonstrate a sound understanding of all Microsoft packages, have a background in HR/Admin and have a minimum of 3 years experience.
You will need excellent communication skills, have an eye for detail and work well within a small team environment. The Sales and Marketing Assistant position is seen as a part time role with a varied work load so no one day is the same and being a flexible they can create the role to suit your needs.
