Location: Tulketh Mill, Preston, PR2 2DY.
Salary: £8.28 per hour (£16,146 annually) Paid every 2 weeks.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm; Saturday – Sunday 9am – 4pm (37.5 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days). Weekend work is included on a rota basis.

What does the role entail?
We’re looking for people who can communicate confidently and listen intently whilst working out how to solve enquires to keep our customers happy.
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll often be the very first point of contact for our customers. You’ll need lots of patience, but with your unflappable nature and personal approach, you’ll calmly reassure them that you’re there to help.
No previous experience of working in a contact centre is required – We are looking for individuals with any element of customer service experience with enthusiasm and a desire to learn!
To be a brilliant Customer Service Advisor, you’ll need to have:
• Excellent listening skills and natural empathy
• Top-notch troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for customer service
• A professional telephone manner
• Strong communication skills, with a natural flair for conversation
• Resilience, understanding and patience
• Effective time management
• An openness to feedback and confidence working with others

Generally, our contact centres are open between 8am and 9pm, 365 days a year including bank holidays. Shifts could be any time during these hours. Whilst we'll give you notice of your shifts in advance you'll need to be available during these hours. We also have part time positions available.
