The Candidate This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader or Senior Care Assistant to join a hardworking and friendly team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader, have strong leadership skills, be comfortable overseeing the home in absence of the home manager, hold and SVQ level 3 in Health and Social care and be compassionate and outgoing. Requirements -Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader is essential -SVQ level 3 in Health and Social care is essential -Have strong leadership skills -Be caring, compassionate, committed and confident. -Be comfortable running a team -Be comfortable with personal care -Have a passion for helping others.
