The role

SmithCarey Recruitment, , is now seeking to appoint a highly driven and dynamic Recruitment Researcher who will work with us on a part time basis as part of our recruitment team, tasked by our clients to attract the very best sales and marketing talent from across the FMCG industry.

Then, following up via telephone to attract and verbally brief the candidate on the specific job role in question, prior to the candidate being invited to a face to face interview with a Recruitment Director.

In addition, you will provide support to the Recruitment Director’s team on specific projects in order to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.

Plus, if you can deliver those top talent candidates, we will reward you very well for your success!

This role will suit you if who wish to work from home on an individual search project basis day rate, so 2 / 3 days per week on a regular basis.
