Well-established St Albans firm seeks an ambitious Commercial Property Legal Secretary. Providing support to a minimum of two commercial property fee-earners, the successful candidate will undertake a daily workload consisting of administrative tasks. The role will be offered on a part-time or full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities - Opening and closing files - Organising meetings - Diary management - Managing outgoing post - Undertaking typing duties - Liaising with clients both in person and over the telephone - Collating legal documentation - Use of case management systems - General administrative work The Candidate - Applications are encouraged from legal secretaries with a minimum of one years’ experience - Secretarial experience gained within a law firm is preferable - Property experience or knowledge is desirable - Has a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm - Excellent drafting skills coupled with attention to detail The Firm Our client is a highly regarded firm, located in St Albans with great transport links to London, which delivers a wide range of services to individuals and businesses both locally and further afield.
