Finance Manager - Flexible Working Available

There is an exciting opportunity to join one of Britain’s leading housebuilders.

Bellway Homes is looking to recruit a Finance Manager who will take ownership of the Divisional budget and three year forecast.  

Reporting to the Divisional Regional Director you will be responsible for developing the business plan for the Division along with the other functional Divisional Heads, ensuring this is in line with the Group’s strategic objectives.

The Finance Manager will manage the interim and year end process with external auditors, oversee all month end processes and take responsibility for all taxes, such as VAT and CIS.

This role of Finance Manager also includes being the primary Divisional contact for matters relating to HR, payroll, IT and fleet. You will have experience of working in a busy and varied senior finance position and you will be ACA qualified.

You will have excellent IT skills, specifically Excel and be able to demonstrate your ability to pick up bespoke systems.

In addition to this, you will have experience of leading and managing a team.
