Job Details

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our expanding Women Returners team. It’s a flexible, home-based role, for 3-4 days per week, ideally split over Monday-Friday.

What does the work involve?

  • Supporting the delivery of our external communications processes (social media, newsletters, webinars)
  • Supporting team members on business projects and client communications
  • Day-to-day administration tasks including managing incoming emails, scheduling meetings and managing expenses.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is highly organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a personable manner. You will be able to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, multitask and keep a calm head. A high level of written communication skills is important. As we’re a small business, you’ll be flexible and adaptable, ready to take on new projects as they come up.

This role would suit someone with a background as an executive assistant  looking for more flexible work in a purpose-driven organisation. Ideally you’ll have experience of working in a professional corporate environment.

The role is home-based, with occasional meetings in London.

How to apply?

If you would like to join our team, please send an email detailing why you would like to work with us and your CV

Please apply as soon as possible, latest by 7 April 2019. We will be interviewing after Easter, and are hoping to find someone who can join our team before the summer.

We welcome applicants who have taken a career break and who share our purpose. If you have had a career break of 2 years or more, we will provide you with coaching through the transition back to work.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Company

We know that returning to work after a career break can be a daunting prospect. You may be feeling low in confidence, unsure about which way to go, how to get there or whether it’s even possible.
