111 Pathways Trained Call Handler, Croydon & Barking
Hays Healthcare are currently working alongside the London Ambulance Service. We are looking to recruit Pathways Trained Call Handlers to work within their 111 Clinical Hub.
Interviews and registration with Hays are available immediately for suitable candidates. To be consider for this role you must already be PATHWAYS TRAINED (Version 16/17) with recent 111 call handler experience.
You must be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment, be an excellent communicator, enjoy working as part of a team and be confident in your decision-making abilities.
As an NHS 111 Call Handler, you will take a variety of incoming calls from the general public, providing them with an appropriate response to urgent healthcare needs within a timeframe. Depending on the situation, the NHS 111 team can connect you to a nurse, emergency dentist or even a GP, and can arrange face-to-face appointments if it is required.
The London Ambulance Service 111 sites are in both Croydon and Barking. Shifts are very flexible and we are looking for candidates to work either full-time or part-time hours.
