Are you looking for the opportunity to move into a sales position and motivated to achieve targets?

Our client is looking for a number of Sales Advisers to join their team, making outbound calls to follow up high quality leads. You will be speaking to the general public, using questioning techniques to really understand customer needs and advising on specific insurance products. The role is telephone based and would suit candidates with 2-3 years call centre or telesales experience and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. The company provide all product and sales training and ongoing support in a fun and dynamic environment.

Skills and experience required:

* 2-3 years call centre or telesales experience.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Self motivated and driven to achieve results.

* A confident and friendly telephone manner with the ability to build rapport.

* A focus on providing the best solution whilst identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell.
