The ONE Group is currently recruiting for a selection of temporary Receptionist positions within the Cambridgeshire area. The assignments vary with lengths ranging between 1 week and long term, ongoing positions. We are looking to speak to individuals with administration and reception experience. The hourly rates for these positions vary between £8.50ph - £11.00ph and are a mixture of full and part time.

Duties include:

• Meeting and greeting clients

• Answering phone calls and e-mails

• Being responsible for front of house deliveries

• Booking meetings and conference rooms

• Arranging couriers

• Ordering and maintaining stock and office supplies

• Maintaining and updating filing systems

• Undertaking administrative duties

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in reception and administrative roles

• Have a friendly and efficient telephone manner

• Have excellent attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills

• Be able to work calmly under pressure

• Have knowledge of Microsoft packages

• Be reliable and punctual

• Be professional in the workplace
