KSS CRC are currently recruiting Programme Facilitators to join our dedicated and established Programmes Team who are responsible for delivering a suite of accredited HMPPS Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) programmes which meet the needs of our service users. The programmes cover topics such as domestic abuse, anger management, thinking skills, substance misuse and challenging behaviour.

Our Programme Facilitators deliver a range of group work programmes and courses aimed at supporting individuals to change negative behaviours and patterns of thinking.
You will participate in the preparation and planning of programmes and then provide post programme reports on service users’ progress.
The role involves working with low, medium and high risk service users. There will be some 1:1 work but most of the work is carried out in a group setting.
You will be given full training as part of the role and become qualified to deliver cognitive behavioral groups.
What we are looking for in you: As a leading provider of rehabilitation services, we seek to recruit talented individuals that can not only help to build on the success of our accredited Programmes team but also candidates who are engaging and passionate about what they do.
When we recruit we look for experience in running groups / facilitation / group counselling or a high level of domestic abuse awareness. You will need to be able to work effectively, cooperatively and flexibly with others both on a 1:1 basis and as part of a team. You must have the ability to maintain an adequate level of discipline and control so that learning can take place within the group and the ability and willingness to challenge other people, including service users’ inappropriate behaviour appropriately.
Additional Information
Starting Salary: £22,039 plus enhancements for weekend and evening working, For example If the working pattern included 4 evenings per week the starting salary would be £24,183 per annum. (Pro rata for part tme roles)
Salary Band: £22,039 to £27373 per annum
Location: We are looking for applicants to work in the Surrey area
Hours: Full time and part time opportunities available, there is an expectation that operational staff work regular weekday evenings (until 10pm) and on Saturday mornings to support service users without jeopardising their employment.
