The Role...

The Soho House Digital Business Analyst is accountable for leading analysis for changes and new features/services that deliver enhancements across our Digital Products encompassing Mobile application and Public Websites.

You will be lead initial scoping, discovery and documentation of requirements right through to post implementation continuous improvement.

Requirements

Essential Skills

· 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis positions

· Strong experience working under agile Scrum methodologies

· Great communication skills - able to translate technical terminology to business stakeholders

· Strong organisational skills - Balancing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

· Able to maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude

Desirables

· Certification in Agile and/or Business Analysis

· Academic degree in a related field
