Mortgage Administrator
Our client is looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company. You will be responsible for a range of tasks and must be able to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
Location: Near Stroud (A full driving licence and own transport is essential due to the location of this role)
Salary: £10 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
• Being first point of contact on the phone and directing enquiries accordingly
• Managing advisor diaries and arranging appointments
• Maintain and update criteria spreadsheet
• Review client information against published financial sanctions list
• Load cases onto the CRM software and manage the submission process ensuring 100% accuracy
• Carry out Electronic ID checks
• Reviewing bank statements and payslips to check for accuracy
• Load and send all applications to lenders as selected by advisors
• Ensure at all times that files are up to date and contain compliant data and paperwork
• Manage each case on a daily basis, seeking information and data from customers
• Ensure Lenders have the correct information and data at all times
• Ensure all documentation and files comply with GDPR and other regulations
• Ensure that all customers are contacted annually, verbally or by mail
• Set up and manage hard copy files to support the electronic version
• Use Xero, Receipt Bank and Auto Entry to pay bills and issue fee invoices (training can be supplied)
Key Skills:
• Time management and prioritisation skills to meet competing demands and deadlines
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Take initiative, recommend solutions to problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Attention to detail, accuracy and consistency
• Process driven
• Excellent IT skills including word and excel
