Part Time Credit Controller/Sales Ledger
Permanent - Up to £25,000 per annum pro rata
Full time - Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm

I am currently recruiting for a Part Time Credit Controller / Sales Ledger to join the accounts department of my client in Gloucester.
As a result of expansion we are seeking to recruit an Assistant in the Credit Control Office for my client who are based out of Waterwells, Quedgeley.
Duties will include following collective procedures, answering phones, responding to emails and other general clerical duties.
Working hours will be 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday and the salary will be dependent on experience.
This is a 25 hours a week role.
Main responsibilities of the Credit Controller/ Sales Ledger Clerk:
" Answering phone and emails and replying promptly
" Contacting customers by phone and email to discuss account payments / queries
" Assist in production of reports
" Sending copies of invoices and statements as requested
" Other general
" Reconciliation of customer accounts
" Provide cover in absence of Credit Manager
Qualification and Skills:
" Previous experience in Sales Ledger/ Credit Control
" Confident telephone manner
" Good level of knowledge with Excel
" Knowledge of Outlook
" Organised
" Excellent attention to detail
" Able to work under pressure
