Part time Customer Service Advisor

Pertemps are currently looking for a part time Customer Service Advisor for a fixed term contract for a manufacturing company in Alton. This position will be from April until the end of December, covering maternity leave.

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:

* Order processing

* Basic customer service duties

* Taking online card payments

* Filing

* Answering the telephone and door

Experience required for this position:

* Previous Customer service experience

* Great customer skills

* Previous experience in Prospectsoft CRM and Exchequer is desirable

* Ability to work as part of a team and independently

More about this part time position:

-Working 3 days a week – Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 5pm with an hour lunch

- Possibility for overtime occasionally

- Free parking

- Paying £9.00 - £9.75 per hour

- Fixed term contract from April to late December
