Part Time- Customer Service Advisor/Receptionist- Social Housing (Temp Ongoing)

One of our social housing clients are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor / Receptionist within their offices in Kingston Upon Thames on a temp ongoing basis.

This role is based within a busy contact centre and you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of incoming calls and administration. You will be responsible for speaking to residents, contractors and 3rd parties in regards to their repairs/maintenance enquiries alongside general enquiries. Duties involve: Call handling, general administrator, data input, call logging, report writing and using our clients internal database system*. You will be expected to be a self-starter, motivated and have a knowledge and understanding of the social housing market. Ideally you will have a passion for working within a fast paced environment and have a sound knowledge of operating Microsoft Office.

This role is a dual role and on occasion you will be covering reception as and when required.

You must be located within 1 hour maximum of the offices based in KT1. Ideally you will have worked within a similar capacity within the housing sector.

This role is working part time Mon, Tues, Wed (9am-5pm) . Please note that this role is initially fixed term for 6 months maternity cover but may go on longer. The salary for this role is £13,527 PA including 14.4 days holiday inc bank holidays.

Interviews will be taking place week beginning 24th of March or latest next week. these dates are set and you must be available on one of these days to attend if selected. There will be 3 parts to each interview including an online test (Numeracy and Literacy) that will be to be completed prior to attending an interview in the office.
