We are looking for an experienced Principal Commercial Manager to support our CEFA contract based out of our Motherwell office. We are proud to be named Network Rail's sole supplier for the Civil Examinations Framework Agreement; for which our team inspects structures and assets throughout the UK, including the iconic Forth Bridge in Scotland. As Principal Commercial Manager you will oversee a workbook worth £10million annually, implementing commercial best practice and ensuring that value to the business is maximised, whilst the risks and costs are minimised. You will be responsible for producing regular CVRs and cross business reports, as well as coordinating the commercial team. The Principal Commercial Manager will liaise directly with the client, and work closely with operational route Managers; additionally attendance will be required at some senior meetings both within the business and externally in place of the Head of Commercial. Whilst functioning as part of a larger contract you will manage a small team of 3 direct reports, and will be responsible for their growth and development within Amey.
What are we looking for?
