Our client is looking for a stand out Corporate Fee Earner to take on this unique almost line management role supervising and managing a team of twenty paralegals. Our client is a full service, international law firm based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, in an ideal location close to the rail links. This role covers a range of responsibilities including coaching, quality checks, managing assignments and training. The role The role will involve you managing a team of around twenty paralegals. The corporate work the team manage is very varied and will see you supervising and managing various aspects including finance, projects, corporate and restructuring. In this role you will purely be responsible for the management of the team and will not fee earn yourself. You will therefore be reposible for motivating the team and ensuring targets are met. There is a lot of opportunity for progression with scope to take on more team management and move to a more senior management position within the firm. The candidate The firm are ideally looking for a Team Leader with strong legal experience in the corporate sector covering a broad range of transactional experience. You will enjoy the opportunity of really making this role your own, including for example implementing your own processes and more efficient ways for the department to work.
