Job Details

We are seeking a digital marketing professional, specialized in data analysis and attribution modelling to join our Central Digital team in Central London. You will be responsible for analysing performance across channels, run the attribution modelling software and monitor KPIs, present suggestions on optimising ROI and driving growth for all brands and territories under the GVC umbrella. The role requires a strong analytical background and excellent Excel skills. The candidate will be responsible for analysing performance and behavior of users acquired, retained or reactivated via online marketing campaigns, with duties ranging from producing new optimisation and budget allocation ideas, compiling reports of cross-channel performance and ad-hoc campaign analysis.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Run the Attribution Modeling software (Neustar), analyze trends and produce actionable insights for KPIs performance and ROI optimization
  • Run data analysis reports when necessary and aid with data manipulation for management presentations
  • Keep up to date with all projects, campaigns, budgets and cross-channel performance of all acquisition and retention teams
  • Support the quality of data capture across all customer touch points
  • Deep dive into complex data sets in order to understand, identify and monitor key factors which can improve KPIs and ROI and drive the business forward.
  • Proactively strive for growth and improvement by identifying weaknesses and opportunities for acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate to optimize processes and reporting systems across products within the gaming and betting divisions.

Examples:

  • Provide monthly feedback on cross-channel and cross-brands performance to ensure timely and consistent reporting of quality trends
  • Once getting full ownership of the product, create standard operating procedures and train all current and new team members when needed to maintain a good standard of performance and quality
  • Come up with out-of-the box ideas and suggestions for growth and improvement to be discussed with the central marketing team

Occasional: Take part in wider management meetings, seminars or business trips as a specialist in cross-channel performance and digital marketing trends in the business

Essential:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly skilled in Excel and data manipulation
  •  Experience in cross-channel digital marketing and performance analysis

 Desired:

  • Experience with Attribution modeling software
  • Deep technical knowledge of tracking systems, platform integrations and data transfer
