We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our client’s team on a part-time basis at their office in the Watford area. You will be required to contact residents who have recently had repairs/maintenance undertaken within their homes and complete an over the telephone survey based on those works and the contractors involved.
The hours for this role will be 4pm to 8pm Monday to Friday evenings and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. The pay rate will be between £10.50 and £11.50 per hour. This is ongoing work.
You must have experience in a Customer Service role based within the housing/property services sector.
