Location: Remotely based in the North East

Salary: Up to £30k, plus £5k car allowance.

Duration: Full time, permanent

About the role of Quality Development Partner

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Quality Development Partner to drive continuous improvement throughout the region by supporting on delivery of actions on quality assessments, providing dynamic face to face delivery and service specific training. Specialising in Positive Behaviour support under the guidance of the PBS practitioner, you will proactively promote their Ethos of “Every Moment Matters”.

You will work alongside Service Managers and their wider teams to drive quality improvement and ensure that actions arising from quality assessment visits are implemented in a timely fashion. You will deliver dynamic group training as required across the region and support the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner with individual casework.

About You:

The successful Quality Development Partner will have up to date, relevant knowledge and experience of good working practice in a social care setting as well as a recognised Health & Social Care management qualification to Level 4.

A dynamic team player, you will have management experience in support services for adults with complex needs and experience of delivering training sessions to social care teams with the ability to design and deliver inspirational content.

The ability to multi task and manage time effectively is essential, along with exceptional organisational skills and a flexible approach to work, which may include some evening and weekend hours.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this post. As a values driven organisation you will also need a willingness to promote and adhere to the values and ethos of our client.
