A construction company is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team in North West London, on an ongoing basis with potential to be made permanent! The role is initially part time, ideally 3 days a week however, the company are flexible to other part time hours. The role is paid on an hourly rate at £10 - £12 hr PAYE.

Receptionist / Administration experience is necessary. Construction industry experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:

* Greeting guests

* Managing sign in book

* Liaising with managers

* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls and emails

* Managing post and deliveries

* Ordering stationary

* Booking meeting rooms

* Printing, filing and scanning

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word

* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail

* Experience in the Construction Industry
