We are recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor in the Shirley area with our well established client. They are offering an opportunity to work from home after the initial in-house training.

As a Part Time Customer Service Advisor you will need to have:

* Confident and clear telephone manner

* Previous outbound calling experience

* Fact finding experience

* Ability to build relationships and rapport

* Motivated and ‘can-do’ attitude

Details:

* Salary: £7,200 per annum plus bonus

* Working Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-1pm

* Location: Shirley

* Duration: Permanent

Role of a Part Time Customer Service Advisor:

* Making outbound calls to potential customers

* Asking fact finding questions and gathering information

* Updating the database and keeping log of relevant information

* Generating leads to pass onto the sales team
