Role: Part Time administrator
Salary: £7488
Location: Wrexham
Shifts: (16hrs)
Monday – (9:30 – 17:30)
Tuesday – (12:00 – 16:00)
Wednesday – (12:00 – 16:00)
Reports to: Senior Administrator
Benefits: 29 Days holiday + 2 concessionary days for Christmas and new year (this excludes statutory and national holidays). Company pension.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a successful charitable organisation that was established in 1981. In the previous year they helped over 18,000 people across wales who were struggling with day to day life challenges.
Job Duties include;
• First point of contact for all callers for the organisation via email and telephone and directing them to the appropriate person with in the company.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Greeting visitors
• Order office equipment and monitor petty cash
• Liaising with clients, local authorities, prisons and other relevant agencies
• Inputting data onto the case management system
• Audio typing
• Provide administration support to the case workers
• Prepare agendas and papers for meetings
Skills required;
• 2 years' experience working in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate – Word, excel and outlook
• Able to reconcile figures for petty cash
• Audio typing experience (desirable)
• Full Uk driving license (desirable)
