I am looking for someone to join my team as our Recruitment Marketing and Support Assistant and I want to hear from you!

"But what will I be doing!" I hear you cry:

* Writing and posting adverts across the world wide web to engage potential team members from Brighton to Edinburgh (and beyond!). You’ll need to work Saturday so we get prime time ad posting.

* Keeping up our relationship with colleges and universities and constantly being on the lookout for new attraction streams.

* Keeping tabs on our style of recruiting. You can easily pick out what’s working and how we can utilise it; what’s not and how we make that better.

* Bossing it on the phone with your excellent communication skills, recruiting and booking potential team members onto our assessment days or answering the phone to new and existing clients.

* You’ll be no stranger to MS Word, Excel and Outlook and spreadsheets make you happy!

* Assisting with our assessment days, either teaching hospitality skills, assessing or scanning in passports and spotting fakes (we’ll teach you this, you’ll feel like a detective!)

* Jumping into the field to help with the team with waiting and bar shifts to make sure our team are being the best they can be (and showing them how it’s done!)

I’m looking for someone who is…

* Creative and loves writing adverts (brush off your sports puns!)

* A hard worker, who is able to prioritise tasks

* You pay great attention to detail and LOVE admin

* You’re bubbly and chatty with a great phone manner

* You’ve worked in hospitality before and have a passion for customer service.
