About the role


Fantastic opportunity to be part of a team helping to develop the next generation of HR Professionals. Use your knowledge, skills and experience to create a brighter future for the sector. The position involves the Tutor delivering the new HR standards at Levels 3 & 5 as well as carrying out IQA. You will be updating and developing their portfolios & carrying out on-site performance reviews. Using your report writing skills, you will maintain accurate records of student progress.

Have you got what it takes?


You will need to be a confident assessor who can engage with a wide variety of learners and bring the subject matter to life in a creative and engaging way. You will need to hold an IQA, teaching and HR qualification at level 5.
