In-House Recruiter/ Recruitment Administrator

Full time or Part Time

Cardiff 

We are currently looking for an ambitious, hard-working In-House Recruiter that will also be responsible for general office administration tasks.

We pride ourselves in offering a fun, positive working environment with friendly, supportive colleagues. Experience is beneficial, but training is provided, and we'll have a great network of people in the industry you can learn from and network with.

Responsibilities will include:

You'll be responsible for hitting daily and weekly recruitment targets along with:

• Greeting and Engaging with Office Visitors
• Organising Manager's Daily Schedule
• Answering Inbound Phone Calls
• Contacting Applicants to Arrange Interviews
• Organising Paperwork and Processing Applications
• Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks as Requested

Requirements/ Recommendations:

• 1 Year Recruitment, Sales or Administrative Experience is Preferred But Not Necessary
• Strong Communication Skills (Face-to-Face and On Phones)
• The Ability to Multi-task without Losing Composure
• Friendly, Approachable and Self-Motivated
• Flexible Availability (Including Weekends)
• Must Be Able to Start ASAP or Within 1 Week
