Established, forward thinking retail organisation within the beauty industry, have a new opportunity for a Part time Customer Service Studio Assistant within the South Bristol vicinity.

You will be offered a salary of £18,000 per annum, pro rata (£8.65 per hour), plus excellent benefits including 28 days holiday per annum, a pension scheme, realistic, achievable commission and incentive structure, generous discounts on beauty treatments and modern uniform.

Working hours for the role are 10 hours per week working 3.30pm - 9.00pm on Mondays and 1.30pm - 6:00pm Sundays.

The Role

Part time Customer Service Studio Assistant

We are looking for a Part time Customer Service Studio Assistant, to support the Studio Manager to provide outstanding levels of customer service, product recommendations and delivering experiences that result in happy customers day in and out!

You will be contributing to the performance of a brand new state of the art studio, providing a warm welcome and knowledgeable guidance to valued customers. Proactively working towards achieving and exceeding KPI's, supporting brand sales initiatives, providing an outstanding customer experience, and ensure excellence in presentation and cleanliness of the studio at all times.

The Person

We are looking for someone who prides themselves on their high levels of customer service, has an understanding and experience ideally of the retail industry, has a confident approach with customers, and enjoy relationship building as well as going the extra mile! Previous customer service experience required.

You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent).
