I am currently recruiting a Part Time HR Manager for an organisation based in Wolverhampton. This is a permanent opportunity being recruited across 3 days a week - total flexibility with how those days & hours work too - they are able to offer a full time equivalent salary of between £40,000 - £50,000.

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to set up an HR function within an organisation that has previously not had a dedicated HR person. You will be tasked with assessing their current offering and setting up policies, processes as well as documentation including a handbook and personnel files.

The organisation are going through exciting growth times and so the successful HR Manager will be integral in supporting this growth. There will be opportunities to procure a new HR system as well as design and implement training for all employees, set up development plans and introduce an appraisal system.

This is a blank canvas for an experienced HR Professional to put their stamp on.

There may be some local travel included as the organisation does have a few sites within the area which you must be open to.
