Established in 2017 Starboard Personnel is an independent recruiter based in Barnsley. We pride ourselves on delivering a first class bespoke service to all our clients and candidates. 

Due to expansion we are are now looking to recruit a part time Recruitment Administrator to work 30 hours per week. A degree of flexibility is required due to the nature of our business.

The role:

  • Working in a fast paced busy environment
  • Answering telephones
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Dealing with candidates
  • Posting jobs
  • Administration 

The candidate:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Fully proficient with Microsoft packages
  • Be able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous experience within the recruitment industry would be advantageous
