Are you looking for part-time or flexible working as a HR Manager? We’re currently looking for our next HR Manager to support our fast paced e-commerce operation for H&M in Stoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead on all HR initiatives on site. You’ll build strong relationships throughout the site and build the on-site HR team. We are open to this role being full-time or working 3-4 days a week!

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum (full-time). In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Build and drive the site HR People plan to support our overall business plan and develop our employee relations agenda
  • Pro-active development of line management capability through formal training, coaching and guidance on all HR related activities
  • Provide full HR generalist support and advice to managers and employees to ensure current knowledge of employee legislation

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar HR Management role, CIPD level 5 qualified
  • A proven track record in change management and talent development
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, coaching and motivational skills
