Nonpareil Associates is a direct marketing agency with a unique vision, and we want to bring vibrancy and excitement back into face-to-face marketing. We are adding to our team, and we are looking for 5 COMPETITIVE, OUTGOING, HARDWORKING individuals to fill our Customer Care openings.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will use your outgoing and fun personality to promote our clients’ services and products at private event sites across the city.

This is an entry-level opening so no customer service experience is necessary, however, applicants must have a great personality and sense of humour is a plus!

Customer Care Advisor Requirements

There are no strict requirements for this position; however, you will need to be over the age of 18, and able to commute to central Nottingham.

In addition, to ensure that the position is for you, we will offer shortlisted candidates the opportunity to spend a voluntary day with our team. This will take place first at the office, where we can explain more about the opportunity and continue at one of our events to give you a full view of a general day to day in the role.
