A well established regional developer (covering across Yorkshire and the Midlands) are looking to recruit a Customer Experience Manager (New Homes Sales Negotiator) on a full time basis. This role is a "floating" role - you will be covering across the Midlands (Derbyshire and up to Chesterfield). This role is to work within this Developers "East Midlands" region.

The developer is very open to candidates with transferable skills – a good proportion of the workforce have minimal New Homes experience, it more important your customer service experience, your personality and attitude for the job. Clearly sales experience / expertise is an important element of the job.

Typically within the New Homes sector, candidates from Cabin Crew / Travel Agency / Car Sales / Estate Agency tend to be viewed as having good transferable skills. For these particular roles the Developer has also said they would be very interested in receiving applications from candidates who have worked in “high end” hospitality.

The developer is a very modern, forward thinking company – so IT skills will come naturally to you.

Salary:£24,000 pa (Pro Rata)

Working hours: 10am-5pm
