About the role

Sense has a great opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Community Support Worker in the Warwickshire Area. We have a number of flexible and casual vacancies in Leamington Spa, Nuneaton, Bidford –On-Avon, Rugby, Bedworth and surrounding areas.

We have a number of permanent, part time roles and casual available working in the evenings, weekends and school holidays from 2 hours up to 10 hours per week.

As a Support Worker you will support and enable children and teenagers to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves whilst having fun and live as independently as possible. Your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible and on occasion including support with personal care.

In this role you will support young people to access the community and attend various activities in the Warwickshire area after school and at the weekend. Extra support may also be required during the school holidays. This could be visits to the cinema, shopping, swimming, youth clubs, sports activities, running round a local park or a simple picnic!
