Service care health is looking for a Dental Nurses Manager to work within Birmingham.

The post holder will manage the clinical support services of the Trust’s Dental Service. This will include responsibility for the management and development of all support staff to ensure the smooth running of the Service.

The role is with Full-time hours every Monday to Friday. (However part-time hours will be considered for the correct candidate).

Daily roles include,

-To provide comprehensive managerial support to the Clinical Leads

-chair side support,

-decontamination of instruments,

-computer charting,

-mixing of relevant materials on request,

-computer entry support as and when required,

-meeting and greeting of patients;

-some administration duties e.g. filing

-Direct management responsibility managing Senior Dental Nurses, Dental Nurses and support staff at all grades within one locality or clinical floor.

Essential Skills,

-Relevant Registration Body.

-Minimum of 1 years dental nursing experience.

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-Good organisation skills, demonstrating an ability to work under pressure

-Relevant degree or qualification.

-IT and computer literate.
