We are currently working on behalf of our client to recruit experienced part time weekend front of house receptionists to be working in service apartments based in the Coventry City Centre. Shift will be from Saturdays 1.45pm-11pm and Sundays 3.45pm-11pm.
Main duties:
-Welcoming guests and be responsible for any keys to the apartments, ensuring correct distribution at check in point and ensuring all keys are returned upon checking out.
-Assisting with any enquiries over the phone or face to face from customers/visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
-Responsible for the receipt, sorting and distribution of all incoming mail and parcels.
-You will also be making courtesy calls to all checked in customers to ensure high standard of service provided.
-Reporting any maintenance issues, within policy/protocol and assisting the customer with anything they need.
The candidate:
-Confident communicator, with significant experience of providing high levels of customer care.
-Hotel/hospitality experience is essential.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
-Flexibility over 7 days is required.
-Excellent organisational skills required.
-Clear professional telephone and face-to-face manner
