Job Title: Customer Service Talent Pool
Location: Greater London Area
Type: Casual work, offered on an as and when basis, work commencing immediately.
We are presently looking for Customer Service staff available to work weekends on varied shift patterns for a variety of clients.
Pay: £10.20 rising to £10.55 per hour including holiday pay.
Transport Investigations Limited is an accredited Living Wage Employer.
About the Role: This challenging and varied role supports the rail industry in helping passengers during periods of disruption with onward travel information. A good knowledge of the London Transport system would be useful but not essential.
Working alongside station staff and bus company officials (bus controllers and drivers)
Applicants should be able to work outside, whatever the weather, and cover shifts anywhere in Greater London, often starting early in the morning or finishing late at night- we also at times cover night duties.
We are looking for candidates who are:
Excellent communicators. Confident in dealing with people of all backgrounds , are proactive, thorough and engaging and able to look beyond the obvious when giving advice.
Looking for a second job, or students looking for part time work to complement study.
Available to start immediately.
