Receptionist
- Temporary Contract : 9 Months
- Part-Time : 16 hours per week
- Location : Bradford
- Salary : £8.65 per hour

Our client is a professional services organisation looking for a focused Receptionist to join their dynamic team in the Bradford area. The ideal candidate will confidently and correctly delegate all incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department, alongside completing daily administrative duties. A professional and personable candidate will be expected to represent the brand by providing a high level of customer service support to both internal / external visitors and clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone to customers and clients
- Delegate calls professionally
- Filing, scanning & dealing with all incoming post
- Maintaining excellent customer service always
- Printing invoices & pick notes
- Processing spreadsheets
- Appointment making
- General office duties
- Liaising with members of the public
- Dealing with clients
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience within a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT literate
- Ability to manage own work load
