You are an experienced complaints handler looking for a part-time role over 2 days
You are CII qualified or working towards this qualification
You have comprehensive knowledge of ICOB’s to ensure literature is compliant
You have knowledge of DISP
You have FCA experience and adhere to regulationsLocation: Gloucester, commutable from Cheltenham, Stroud and Ross-on-Wye
Salary: £23,000 pro-rata for 16 hours per week plus benefits
