As a Finance Business Partner you will work with a wide range of colleagues to analyse business performance and results and help us spend money sensibly. This role is pivotal to our wonderful finance team, who provide integral financial information and advice, meaning that we can continue to grow at a rapid pace and create even more fans.

So what would you be doing?...

• Creating accurate month-end reporting and using this to instil accountability across the business 
• Driving responsibility across the Bank for budgets and spend 
• Using data to understand financial performance and risks 
• Preparing analysis on financial performance 
• Inputting financial information into board papers and investor packs 
• Challenging the business to make strategic financial decisions in line with our growth strategy

• In order to hit the ground running you will have worked in a finance team previously and have experience of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis 
• It goes without saying that you will have some technical accounting knowledge
• Naturally, you will be confident challenging and building trust with stakeholders 
• You will probably hold a finance qualification like ACA, ACCA or CIMA or you will have started working towards one 
• It’s likely that you will have a degree relevant for this job like Finance or Economics
