Our client, a family run company based in Norwich City Centre are looking for part time office administrator/receptionist.

Duties to be undertaken:

Updating of the company’s Facebook, Instagram account.

Creating and sending mail chimps.

Diary management.

Setting up meeting rooms.

Welcoming and directing visitor.

The role is offered on a permeant part time basis with, working between 16-20 Hours per week, applicants must be able to offer flexibility on days worked, as there will be occasional weekend cover required.
