To underpin our exciting growth phase, we are in need of highly motivated HR / Talent Coordinator to help support and deliver client recruitment projects. This is a fast-paced role that will be measured on productivity, client relationship building and quality of hires.

This is a new arm to our business; we have worked with our clients for a number of years working on their complete employee lifecycle under our HR umbrella. We now feel there is a need to expand our offering and start to build a recruitment / talent team. A fantastic opportunity to work with us to help build a team and have input into how our recruitment offering is best positioned with our clients.

The HR Coordinator Role Key Responsibilities: 

+ Supporting the delivery team with recruitment projects and tasks.
+ Liaising with clients to discuss new projects helping to generate new business in this area. 
+ Undertaking your own projects including drafting and issuing recruitment related documentation to our clients and their employees.
+ Sourcing candidates - providing full recruitment services including phone screening candidates, arranging interviews and requesting references.
+ Consulting with our clients on a number of topics such as role design, talent planning, org chart design and interview processes.
+ Building relationships with our recruitment partners (like Recruitment Revolution, Recruiters and suppliers) 
+ Discussing our suite of service with current clients to ensure our full offering is being utilised effectively.
+ Taking calls and briefs from prospective clients, encouraging them with you knowledge of our solutions and capabilities.
+ Building relationships with our client group over the phone and email.

Some of the things we look for:

+ Someone who thinks creatively and can find ways of doing things not just differently but better.
+ A proven ability managing high volume and changing priorities - great multi-tasker with a zest for driving projects forward
+ Previous recruitment / hiring experience
+ Strong attention to detail and an eye for delivering first class work.
+ Influential written and verbal communication skills.
+ A positive attitude with a passion for people.
+ Driven and accountable personality - happy to take on this challenge and make a difference in the business
