Our client, a worldwide leader in multichannel customer experience management, based in state of the art offices at Gateshead quayside is looking to recruit a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Advisor to join them in a part time permanent role.
The role involves working on behalf of a leading consumer product company, dealing with inbound calls and enquiries from their customers. You will be responsible for responding to questions, regarding the client's products within the range of queries, complaints, advise seeking, and general customer service duties. You should be prepared to handle these contacts is a sensitive manner ensuring the customer is fully satisfied at all times.
We would be very keen to speak to individuals who are fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English, are IT literate, and possess excellent communication skills. Proven customer service experience would be advantageous for this role but not essential as our client will consider transferable skills.
Hours for part time work would be Monday to Wednesday 7.45 am to 4.15pm. Candidates would need to be able to commit to 2 weeks full time training - Monday to Friday. . Starting salary of up to £18k (pro rata) , and excellent opportunities to develop and progress within the role and company.
