Three (powered by Capita) are looking for customer savvy people to join them on a part-time permanent basis. With your natural ability to build rapport and identify a customer’s needs you will tailor solutions that will help retain existing customers business. With such a large customer base there is no need to cold call, this role is an inbound retentions role only.

All we are looking for is proven sales or retentions experience in a retail, telecoms, utilities, hospitality, call centre or equivalent face to face environment where you have worked to and exceeded targets as this is a target driven role.

In summary:

* £9.37 hourly rate

* 16 hours per week – Wednesday 5-8pm, Thursday 5-8pm, Friday 5-8pm and Saturday 10.30-6.30pm (training is Monday 5-9pm, Thursday 5-9pm, Friday 5-9pm and Saturday 9.30-6.30pm for 5 weeks)

* Monthly bonus – anywhere between £(Apply online only) per month

* Regular incentives including holidays abroad (one of our candidates won a holiday to Dubai)

* Start date – 8th May 2019
