Admin Assistant Part time Contract (1 year) – Halesworth 12-20 Hours per week
(£8.50-£9.50 per hour dependent on experience)
Job description
Our Client is seeking a Part Time Admin Assistant to work within their Halesworth office. This is a successful business within the construction industry. Our Client require you to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays with the potential to work additional hours if required.
Main duties will include:
Receiving all telephone calls and redirecting
Taking messages where necessary
Assisting with travel arrangements, diary management where needed
Admin, typing dictations, general support, filing, emails
Invoicing, cashing up and purchase orders
Ordering products where necessary - i.e stationary, meeting arrangements etc
Other details:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday (compulsory)
