Occupational Therapist - Adults Social Services - £33 per hour

NonStop's client, a Local Authority located in the South East of England, is looking for an agency Occupational Therapist for their Adults Social Services. They pay up to £33 per hour, which is higher than the rates paid by the other councils in the area.

The service is responsible for receiving and prioritising adult safeguarding referrals and ensuring actions are taken to address immediate risks where necessary and making decisions on which cases need to be passed to locality teams for further enquiry.

Occupational therapists in the team are responsible for undertaking more complex case work, particularly where there are issues related to complex adaptations or health conditions or where advice is required around moving and handling. They will support the triage of assessment and will provide support and, dependent on experience, supervision to Assessment Officers.

Please note this is a full time role, 37 hours per week, however part time hours are available also.
