They currently have an opportunity for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their dedicated London team and they really want to hear from you if you;

* Educated to A-level standard, NVQ Level 4 or the ability to demonstrate suitable experience to meet the requirements of this role;

* Knowledge of building construction and components

* Experience of building diagnosis and defects identification.

* Previous residential asset management/surveying experience.

* Experience of dealing with people and excellent customer service skills;

This is a great opportunity for a self motivated individual who is able to work on own initiative.

The primary focus for this role is to carry out site surveys/inspections and to collect accurate stock condition survey data using a hand-held PDA or tablet device and office-based computer systems.

The role will report back to the repairs and assets teams all health and safety, non-compliant or urgent works that is required to be acted upon; as well as liaising with their neighbourhood officers, residents and contractors where required.
